Role & Responsibilities- Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders — business, development, QA, and architecture teams — to define project goals and success criteria
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure efficient Agile/Scrum execution
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying and resolving risks and issues
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, plans, and status reports
- Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
