Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar (Primary)

Qualification: Graduate

Shift: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM

We are looking for a highly capable Enterprise IT Administrator to manage and scale our campus network and IT infrastructure. The role demands hands-on expertise in managing routers, firewalls (Checkpoint & Fortinet), L2/L3 switches (Cisco/HP), Active Directory, Linux & Windows servers, Kubernetes environments, and enterprise monitoring tools.

This position will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, compliance readiness, and performance of the company's IT backbone across offices and remote workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Enterprise Network Management*

Configure and manage - Routers, Firewalls, Switches (VLANs, STP, LACP, routing protocols, BGP, NAT, IPS, Policies)

Design and maintain secure campus LAN/WAN architecture

Implement network segmentation and zero-trust principles

Manage site-to-site VPN and remote access VPN

Ensure network redundancy and failover mechanisms

*Infrastructure & Server Administration*

Manage Windows Server and Linux environments

Active Directory (GPO, DNS, DHCP, OU structure, RBAC)

Patch management & hardening

Endpoint security compliance (Windows & Linux)

Virtualization & container ecosystem understanding (VMware/KVM preferred)

Kubernetes cluster exposure (network policies, ingress, basic troubleshooting)

Firewall policy optimization & periodic audits

Vulnerability assessment coordination

Log monitoring

Data loss prevention awareness

Support ISO 27001 / CMMI audit readiness

Backup & disaster recovery management

Zabbix configuration & monitoring policies

Grafana dashboards for infra metrics

Alert tuning & escalation policies

Network performance analysis & capacity planning

Basic scripting (PowerShell / Bash / Ansible)
