Responsibilities
- Lead development of web applications and backend systems using PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures
- Collaborate with business and leadership teams to develop technical solutions
- Manage IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and internal systems
- Ensure security, performance optimization, and code quality
- Work on AI/ML integrations such as chatbots, automation, recommendation systems, or OpenAI-based tools
- Guide and mentor small technical teams
Qualifications
- 10–12 years of IT experience
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and AI-based APIs
- Good understanding of system administration and IT operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Startup/product company experience
- Exposure to Generative AI and LLMs
- Agile/Scrum experience
