We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer - SharePoint to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the SharePoint product life cycle, including project design, issue resolution, and support of SharePoint solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of performance, data, software, and usage problem-solving, as well as expertise in automations using Power Automate, MS Forms, and PowerApps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of SharePoint solutions.
- Aid in the analysis and requirements gathering to ensure project success.
- Resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, data integrity, software functionality, and user experience.
- Develop and implement automations using Power Automate, MS Forms, and PowerApps to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices.
- Stay online and frequently collaborate with onsite stakeholders using Maximus MS Teams during 1st half of the day in EST.
- Ensure production issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Maximus Onsite Architects, Delivery Leads for solutioning of new projects and creating work estimates.
Roles and Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working with the SharePoint product life cycle.
- Proven experience in project design, issue resolution, and support of SharePoint solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve performance, data, software, and usage issues.
- Expertise in Power Automate, MS Forms, and PowerApps for creating automations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms, and PowerApps.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint development.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint administration.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
