Job description:
- We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator with hands-on experiencein server management, cloud platforms, and hosting environments.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both technical configurations and coordination with external server teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor cloud servers, dedicated servers, and shared web hosting environments.
- Handle DNS propagation, domain configuration, and related troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with server support teams, raise tickets for technical issues, and follow up until resolution.
- Perform file and database migrations across platforms.
- Manage FTP accounts, user access, and related configurations.
- Work with AWS services and perform tasks such as instance setup, configuration, and monitoring.
- Use SSH for server access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure system security, backups, and proper documentation of IT processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in server administration and hosting management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud servers, dedicated servers, and shared hosting platforms
- Proficiency in DNS management and troubleshooting.
- Experience in file migration, database migration, and FTP configuration.
- AWS knowledge,including EC2, S3, and related services.
- Proficiency in using SSH for server management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with external technical teams.
