We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Administrator who can take ownership of IT infrastructure, lead critical initiatives, and support the organization's growth journey.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the management, monitoring, and optimization of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Administer and optimize Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Oversee hardware and software lifecycle management, including installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Drive endpoint security, OS deployments, patch management, and IT asset inventory across locations.
- Design, manage, and monitor Windows and virtual machine (VM) backup and recovery strategies.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, network enhancements, system migrations, and cloud migration initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests; manage vendor coordination and SLAs.
- Own IT asset warranties, AMCs, compliance documentation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior IT team members and ensure best practices are followed.
Who Are We Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in IT Administration.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft 365, and enterprise IT environments.
- In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networks, security, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Active Directory and server management (Anti-Virus, File, Print, Backup).
- Proven experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
