Job Title: Senior IP Development Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IP Development Engineer with extensive experience in building and scaling web and mobile applications using a variety of modern technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, Angular, React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js, Strapi, HubSpot, and AWS. You will be responsible for driving the development of intellectual property (IP) solutions, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the end-to-end development process for complex, IP-driven web and mobile applications.
- Oversee development teams working with WordPress, PHP, Angular, React, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Architect, design, and implement APIs and services, ensuring proper integration with AWS and third-party platforms such as HubSpot and Strapi.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA teams to deliver user-centric, feature-rich solutions that meet business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Apply industry best practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and version control, to ensure high-quality code and efficient workflows.
- Manage code quality, code reviews, and documentation standards, advocating for strong engineering practices and team collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term technical strategy and roadmaps aligned with the company's vision.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile development and introduce relevant advancements to the team.

Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience, with at least 23 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Experience with enterprise-level applications and IP-based products is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization, security standards, and scalability principles.
