Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Manager to drive business for investment products-Fixed Deposits, Stocks, Mutual Funds, Digi Gold, and more-across branch, service, virtual, and online channels. The primary focus will be on maximizing business through the branch network, while also leveraging service teams, virtual engagement, and digital platforms. The role will also be responsible for driving the sales funnel and executing marketing initiatives to increase business volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Business Management
- Lead and drive investment product sales through the branch network.
- Work closely with branch staff for product training, motivation, and achievement of business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities within the branch ecosystem and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all investment-related initiatives at the branch level, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Service, Virtual & Online Channel Management
- Collaborate with service teams to identify and convert investment opportunities.
- Use virtual engagement toolsto reach and educate customers and staff.
- Promote and manage investment product sales through the company's app and digital ecosystem.
- Ensure smooth integration of offline and online customer journeys.
- Funnel Management & Marketing Initiatives
- Drive the end-to-end sales funnel for investment products, from lead generation to conversion.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase product awareness and business volumes.
- Analyze funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) and external vendors for process improvements and product delivery.
- Build strong relationships with key partners and vendors.
- Product Management & Compliance
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and suggest enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and documentation.
