Basic requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in premium real estate or investment sales
- Proven record of closing high-ticket deals (1Cr+ or AED equivalent)
- Strong network with HNI / NRI / investor clients
- Experience selling luxury or branded residences preferred
- Ability to handle international buyers and crossborder transactions
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills (not just lead handling)
- Comfortable with luxury positioning, high value consultations, and deal structuring
