Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Investment Manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, generating high-quality prospects, and converting leads into successful investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls daily to generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline
Identify and engage potential clients for real estate investment opportunities
Schedule and manage site visits and client meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable investment options
Follow up consistently to close deals
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends
Ability to work independently and in a team
