Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Senior Inventory Accounting Manager. The key responsibilities include overseeing inventory accounting processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations, and developing strategies to enhance inventory management efficiency. The Manager will lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and provide insights to improve operational performance. Other duties include preparing financial reports, reconciling inventory accounts, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inventory Accounting practices and strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Experience with budget management and cost analysis
• Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality or commercial kitchen equipment industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
