Senior Consultant – Internal Audit

We are hiring a Senior Consultant – Internal Audit for client assignments involving internal audits, risk assessments, business process reviews, and internal controls.

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: 6–9 LPA

Qualification: CA / MBA or relevant qualification preferred

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits and business process reviews.
• Identify business risks, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.
• Prepare audit working papers, observations, and reports.
• Discuss findings and recommendations with client stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements in business processes, governance, and internal controls.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or related consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes, risk assessment, and internal controls.
• Experience in control testing, audit documentation, and report preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
