Salary : 35K - 50K per month + High sales incentives

Employment type : Full - time

Client handling pitching :  Conduct face -to-face meetings with clients ( residential and commercial) to understand their requirements, lifestyle , budget.

Concept presentation : Create and present mood boards, space planning (2D layouts ) , and design concepts that instantly impress the client.

BOQ and Estimation : Prepare accurate bill of quantities ( BOQ) and project of quotations based on the proposed designs and company margins.

Requirements and skills :

Degree/Diploma in interior Design or architecture .

Minimum 3 years of experience in pitching and closing interior projects ( not just a backend visualizer).

Excellent command over AutoCAD; Knowledge of sketchUp / V- Ray is a plus.

Strong communication , convincing power, and negotiation skills.
