Senior Interior Sales and Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet prospective clients and convert leads into successful orders

• Conduct site visits across Bengaluru for measurements and requirement discussions

• Create innovative modular kitchen designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Coohom, or similar tools

• Prepare 3D presentations, mood boards, and design concepts

• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth project execution

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive retail business growth

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and relationship management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, Marketing, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in modular kitchens/interior sales & design

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and current kitchen design trends

• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad for client meetings and site visits
