Senior Interior Designer

Hiring: Senior Technical Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Interior Designer to lead the technical delivery of interior design projects and manage CAD/BIM documentation from concept through tender and detailed design stages.

Location: Hyderabad/Kochi

Experience: 8+ years of relevant professional experience

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the technical aspects of interior design projects.

* Develop technical drawings and documentation across concept, schematic, detailed design and tender stages.

* Manage CAD/Revit production teams and coordinate with external drafting partners.

* Develop technically functional and buildable drawing details.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.

* Review and validate technical documentation and design submissions.

* Manage project timelines, drawing schedules and documentation trackers.

* Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.

* Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and project standards.

* Coordinate specifications, technical drawings and project requirements.

* Guide and mentor junior/intermediate designers.

* Ensure projects are delivered with quality, accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Requirements

* 8+ years of professional experience in Interior Design/Architecture.

* Strong experience in hospitality and residential projects.

* Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.

* Experience with Bluebeam Revu or other PDF/document review software.

* Strong technical drawing, detailing and documentation skills.

* Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and multiple disciplines.

* Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and planning/organizing skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with Dubai/GCC experience and a strong portfolio of hospitality/residential interior projects will be preferred.
