Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead client engagements and design delivery. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire project cycle until production or execution start ensuring design quality, client satisfaction, and seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

• Drive project sales through design-led presentations and client rapport.

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and styling for residential interiors. Work on 3Ds & 2Ds until project is pushed to production & execution.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure design precision and timely delivery.

What we want:

2+ years of experience in residential interior design

Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design (mandatory)

Proficiency in Auto CAD, SketchUp and Cohoom

Strong aesthetic sense, detailing, and communication skills

Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
