Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality interior projects within timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage residential and/or commercial interior projects from concept to execution

Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, and material selections

Create detailed 2D drawings and coordinate with 3D visualization team

Prepare working drawings including electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, and furniture layouts

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals

Manage site visits, vendor coordination, and project execution

Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers

Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines

Prepare BOQ and cost estimation
