Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who combines strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and execution leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design development, and detailing of interior projects.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, lighting schemes, and material boards.
- Review and guide 3D visualizations and design presentations.
- Act as the primary design point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution.
- Work closely with the in-house modular furniture factory on shop drawings, materials, and finishes.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality standards, and timelines are maintained.
- Resolve design and site-related issues proactively.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Assist in project scheduling, milestone planning, and cost optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 512 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, finishes, and construction practices.
Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3Ds Max
- V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
- MS Excel (BOQs, coordination)
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in turnkey interior execution.
- Exposure to luxury residential floors, villas, retail showrooms, or corporate offices.
- Strong vendor and site coordination capabilities.
