Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee the design process, including space planning, designing interiors, and developing construction drawings. Responsibilities will also entail working closely with clients to translate their vision into unique design solutions, collaborating with architects and vendors, and selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with the project's vision.

- Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into elegant creative solutions.
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.
- Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
- Have strong people management and leadership skills in order to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team
- Ensure that all of the organization's or clients creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Set, manage and deliver to all expectations related to design, client requirements and project management.
Requirements
- A recognized interior or Architecture qualification.
- A minimum of 12 yrs of experience as a senior level designer with Architecture/ Interior design organization, working on luxury and/or premium hospitality and Private residential projects.
- A proven track record in delivering good quality designed projects.
- Strong in team management and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
- Extensive supervisory experience (including leadership, team-building, and delegation) leading and managing a creative team.
- Based in Mumbai Only and willing to travel to South Mumbai (Work from office only) 6 days a week
