Job Description

Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India | Full-Time

Industry: Furniture Manufacturing | Interior Design

Reporting To: Design Head

Role Overview

• Create innovative design solutions for office furniture and workspace environments

• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion with high quality standards

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve design objectives

• Develop technical drawings and visual presentations for furniture products

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product understanding and study design briefs to determine requirements

• Create and design visuals for print and digital media applications

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality standards and on schedule

• Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously

• Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing

• Outline client design objectives and set timelines for interior design project completion

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including procurement teams, departments, and project managers • Ensure design work meets quality standards and all directives are followed

• Collaborate with design team and other departments to achieve project goals

• Create AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings and isometric views of office furniture products

• Develop technical specifications and design documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline

• 4-7 years of interior design experience, preferably in furniture industry

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D/3D drawings and isometric views

• Strong skills in design software and visual presentation tools

• Experience with print and digital media design

• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Passion for interior design and furniture with positive team attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
