Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our leadership team and drive design excellence across corporate interior projects.

What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with the Business Head, senior designers, and project managers to deliver project outcomes.
• Develop innovative designs for corporate interior projects and lead client presentations/pitches in the region.
• Partner with Business Development and Client Solutions teams to manage key client projects and support business growth initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver impactful design presentations, proposals, BOQ and pitches.
• Mentor and motivate the design team, ensuring performance, creativity, and adherence to design standards.
• Contribute to building an effective training program for the design team, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Residential interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in 2D and/or 3D design tools (experience in both is a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client interactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively while maintaining design quality.
• Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and motivating teams.

• Residential interior fit-out expertise
• 2D drafting and/or 3D visualization (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
• Client presentation & communication skills

• Handle project individually and prepare BOQ.
