Senior Interior Designer

This is an on-site, full-time Senior Interior Designer role located in Gurugram. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, including creating space plans, developing interior design proposals, and preparing detailed construction drawings. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment, overseeing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections, and maintaining a high standard of design quality and functionality. Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and providing creative and practical design solutions will also be key responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and innovative layouts
• Strong knowledge of Architecture principles and Construction Drawings to develop accurate design documents
• Experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and procurement processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success
• Proven project management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship-building abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
