Senior Interior Designer

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will work full time on-site in Hyderabad, leading end-to-end interior design projects for residential clients. Responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts, preparing space plans, and coordinating architectural and interior drawings. The role involves creating detailed construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring designs align with brand standards and project budgets. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and execution teams to oversee implementation, resolve design-related issues on site, and maintain project timelines and quality. The position also includes mentoring junior designers, reviewing their work, and contributing to design standards and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
• Proficiency in Space Planning, ensuring optimal layouts for usability, safety, and visual appeal.
• Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings, coordinating with execution teams and contractors.
• Experience in FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with project concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp tools).
• Strong time management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading interior design projects, preferably in modular furniture or related industries.
