About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer – Retail Design to lead the design and execution of premium retail spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in conceptual design, space planning, and project execution while delivering innovative and commercially impactful retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retail interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, 3D visualizations, and presentation decks.
- Create functional and aesthetically compelling retail environments aligned with brand identity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project management, procurement, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, material specifications, and BOQs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and design quality standards.
- Stay updated with global retail design trends, materials.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain design excellence.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 4–10 years of experience in Interior Design with strong exposure to Retail Design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of retail layouts, space optimization, material selection, and execution processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on premium retail / commercial projects is preferred.
