RADON India is looking for a Senior Interior Designer who excels in both designing and sales. The ideal candidate should be skilled in modular kitchen and wardrobe design, client handling, and end-to-end lead managementfrom consultation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior spaces as per client requirements.
- Meet and consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide design presentations and suggest suitable layouts, materials, and finishes.
- Manage end-to-end lead follow-up and ensure closure through effective communication.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Collaborate with the execution team to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in interior design and client handling.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to manage leads and close deals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and design software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
