Responsibilities
- Lead and design corporate interior fitout projects from concept to execution, with a focus on office spaces.
- Present layout designs and space planning ideas clearly and effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Play a key role in the pitching process, creating compelling presentations that win new projects and meet client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity and alignment with client vision.
- Ensure all designs meet functionality, aesthetic, and budget requirements, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Extensive experience in corporate interior fitouts, particularly in corporate office interiors (only apply if you have a portfolio showcasing these projects).
Required Skills
- Expertise in pitching design concepts and making persuasive layout presentations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture layout, material selection, and design presentation.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas to clients and internal teams effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining a client-focused approach.
