This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion and overseeing all aspects of design execution. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to develop customized design solutions, managing project timelines and budgets, producing detailed design plans, and coordinating with stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proven skills in conceptualizing and developing space designs, including spatial planning and layout optimization.
• Proficiency in drafting and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry tools.
• Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities for managing teams and client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in interior design or project management are a plus.
