Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design ideation and client engagement from concept development to design execution.
• Create and present space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure on-site implementation matches design intent.
• Collaborate with the project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.
• Coordinate with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to convey design language.
• Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits for supervision, execution coordination, and design validation.
• Integrate sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Design with specialisation in interiors.
• Professional 10+ Years of experience specifically in corporate/commercial office interiors is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, ergonomics, and spatial flow.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across cities when required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and manage deadlines with ownership.
