Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and planning of interior spaces for Mansin's offices, production facilities, and customer-facing areas in alignment with the brand's identity and operational needs. This on-site role, based in Faridabad, involves developing concept designs, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed layouts that optimize space, workflow, and user experience. The designer will collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and external vendors to translate requirements into functional, aesthetically cohesive interiors, including FF&E selection and specification. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, conducting site visits, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budget guidelines. This is a contract role that requires hands-on involvement from concept through execution, with responsibility for maintaining design standards and consistency across all projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development, detailing, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts for workflow, comfort, and safety in office and production environments.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles as they relate to interiors, including coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and technical details.
• Demonstrated expertise in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, with an eye for durability, aesthetics, and cost-efficiency.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with presentation tools.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in leading interior projects from concept to completion; experience in industrial, commercial, or retail environments is an advantage.
• Strong project management, time management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
