Role Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead residential interior design projects from concept to closure while mentoring junior designers and driving design excellence. You will be responsible for managing high-value projects, building strong client relationships, delivering innovative design solutions, and contributing to revenue growth.

This role requires a balance of creative vision, customer-centric thinking, project management skills, and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients and understand their design requirements.
• Create space plans, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
• Develop complete design solutions for residential projects.
• Present concepts and close design proposals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Resolve client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor junior designers when required.
• Achieve monthly sales/revenue targets.
• Desired Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

• Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15+ years of Academic education
• Minimum 3 years experience in modular interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
• Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setups
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
