Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer who can lead client projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, client-handling capabilities, and experience managing end-to-end residential interior projects.

Location : Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Guwahati, Pune, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and create customized design solutions
• Develop space planning, layouts, mood boards, and design concepts
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D designs
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, project managers, and execution teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high client satisfaction
• Suggest materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor elements
• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and within budget
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and market standards

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of residential interior design
• Excellent space planning and visualization skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools
• Good communication and client management skills
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and modular concepts
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

Experience in handling residential interior projects independently

Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred

Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
