Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Shimla / Naldehra, Himachal Pradesh

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in residential interior projects, 2D layouts, dimensions, and working/raw drawings to manage design development and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D floor plans, layouts, detailed dimensions, and working/raw drawings.
• Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring, elevations, and detailed interior drawings.
• Convert design concepts into accurate execution drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved drawings and design standards.
• Review materials, finishes, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and resolve design/site-related issues.
• Monitor quality, timelines, and design compliance.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
• Strong residential project experience is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of 2D layouts, dimensions, working/raw drawings, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior execution.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
