Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Noida

Experience:

  • 4-15 years of professional experience in interior design, furniture design, or hospitality design.
  • Proven experience handling hospitality, hotel, commercial, or high-end residential projects.

About the Role

Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of hospitality and commercial interior projects for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality interiors, furniture design, FF&E, space planning, and project execution.

This role requires a balance of design innovation and technical expertise, with the ability to collaborate closely with clients, manufacturing teams, and project stakeholders to deliver functional, aesthetically compelling, and production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Concept Development

  • Develop innovative interior design concepts for hospitality and residential projects.
  • Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, and construction documentation.
  • Prepare mood boards, material palettes, finish selections, and design presentations.
  • Develop space-planning solutions that align with client requirements, brand standards, and project objectives.
  • Produce high-quality visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.

Hospitality Design & FF&E

  • Design guest rooms, public areas, lobbies, lounges, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces.
  • Develop and specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) solutions in accordance with project requirements.
  • Ensure designs comply with hospitality brand standards and operational needs.
  • Coordinate material selections, finishes, and product specifications.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather client feedback and incorporate revisions while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.
  • Participate in design review meetings and provide expert recommendations.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.

Production & Technical Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications to support manufacturing and project execution.
  • Resolve technical design challenges during production and installation phases.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for cost, quality, functionality, and manufacturability.

Documentation & Quality Control

  • Maintain accurate and updated design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, schedules, and BOQs where required.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards, project timelines, and client expectations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, technologies, and hospitality design innovations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or a related field.
  • 4-15 years of professional experience in interior design, furniture design, or hospitality design.
  • Proven experience handling hospitality, hotel, commercial, or high-end residential projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, technical detailing, space planning, and project execution.
  • Experience working with manufacturing or production teams is highly preferred.

  • Exposure to international hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Choice Hotels, and similar hospitality groups.
  • Experience in hotel renovations, guestroom design, public area design, and FF&E procurement projects.
  • Knowledge of hospitality brand standards and project execution processes.
