Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to lead end-to-end design projects, manage client relationships, and deliver functional, aesthetic, and high-quality interior solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience handling residential/commercial projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete project lifecycle from concept design to execution.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Present design proposals and material boards to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are maintained.
• Oversee site execution to ensure adherence to approved designs.
• Manage junior designers/draftsmen and guide them throughout project stages.
• Stay updated with latest trends, materials, and design technologies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
• 2–5+ years of proven experience as an Interior Designer.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and industry standards.
• Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

Preferred

• Experience with residential modular interiors / turnkey projects.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Vendor and material networking.
