Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role is based in Guwahati. The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior projects, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and coordination of FF&E to meet client needs and brand standards. Responsibilities include meeting clients to understand their lifestyle and preferences, preparing design proposals, overseeing construction drawings, and collaborating with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and timely execution. The role involves regular site visits, design reviews, and problem-solving during installation to maintain design integrity and adherence to timelines. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior designers, support design documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing residential environments.
• Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop accurate plans, details, and documentation for execution.
• Candidates should possess FF&E skills to select and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design concepts and budgets.
• Professional degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in a client-facing, project lead capacity.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively on-site, and meet strict timelines.
