Position - Senior Designer ( Residential Interiors )

Experience - 5–7 Years

Brand - Grham Interiors

Location - Richmond Road ,Bengaluru

Gopalan Enterprises is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Designer at Grham Interiors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in premium residential interior design, excellent design sensibility, client management skills, and the ability to lead projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, functional and aesthetically strong residential interior design concepts.

• Handle design presentations, layouts, mood boards, material selections and detailed drawings.

• Understand client requirements and translate them into high-quality design solutions.

• Coordinate with clients, site teams, vendors, contractors and consultants.

• Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, material specifications and shop drawings.

• Ensure designs are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.

• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

• Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, finishes and visualization technologies.

• Support business development and strengthen Grham Interiors design standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium residential interiors and completed projects.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and V-Ray.

• Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, finishes and interior execution.

• Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.

• Strong leadership, coordination, design review and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines and budgets.
