Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, translating client requirements into functional, aesthetic solutions for residential and commercial spaces. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves developing concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and overseeing design execution on site. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring design intent is maintained through project completion. The Senior Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, prepare presentations and documentation, manage project timelines, and support quality control throughout all phases. The role also includes mentoring junior designers and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically coherent layouts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to interpret, develop, and review technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess practical expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
• Professional experience in residential and commercial interior projects, including on-site coordination and vendor management.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead design teams, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in a senior or lead designer role is preferred.
