Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will lead and manage projects from conceptual design through completion, including space planning, providing input on construction drawings, and managing the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). They will collaborate closely with clients and project teams to achieve design excellence while adhering to the studio's sustainability goals. The role also includes supervising junior designers and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and optimizing design layouts for functionality and aesthetics
• Strong background in Interior Design and FF&E selection to meet client needs
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green certification processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRAY, Enscape or other similar software
• Effective communication and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines
