About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and proactive Senior Interior Designer with 2–4 years of experience to take ownership of interior projects from concept development to execution.

You will work closely with the Founders, clients, designers, consultants, contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality design and execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Client Management

• Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences and budget.
• Develop concepts, space plans, mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed 2D layouts, working drawings and execution drawings.
• Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Guide clients on materials, finishes, colours, furniture and lighting.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.

Project & Site Execution

• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to execution and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and ensure execution follows approved designs and drawings.
• Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues.
• Track project deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare/review BOQs, quotations and project documentation.

Materials & Vendors

• Research and select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples, catalogues, quotations and product information.
• Evaluate materials based on design, quality, availability and budget.
• Stay updated with new materials, products and interior design trends.

Team & Quality

• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Guide and support junior designers where required.
• Review drawings, material selections and execution details.
• Ensure design quality, accuracy and consistency throughout the project.
• Ensure the final execution meets approved design and company standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Strong portfolio of residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong design sensibility, space planning and detailing skills.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.
• Experience with working drawings and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other relevant 2D software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible and ownership-driven approach.

Good to Have

• Experience with high-end residential or commercial interiors.
• Experience handling clients independently.
• Knowledge of furniture design and custom detailing.
• Understanding of electrical, lighting, HVAC and plumbing coordination.
• Experience guiding junior designers.

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune – On-site / In-office

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience: 2–4 years
