We are hiring for a Senior Interior Designer for our Hyderabad office, who carries 08 to 15 years of proven work experience in workplace design/corporate office Interiors/design and build projects.
Mode: Work from Office.
Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience: 08-15 years.
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture(B. Arch)/Master of Architecture(M. Arch)/Bachelor in Design (B.Des)/Masters in Design (M.Des).
Job requirement & skills:
An Ideal resource shall have:
- Mandate Experience in Designing Commercial/ Corporate Office Interior project (scale 25,000sq.ft to 1,00,000sq.ft and above). please do not apply if you do not have the relevant work experience.
- Experience in Design, Planning, Material Awareness, Site Execution, Client Interaction, Presentation capabilities and Project monitoring capabilities.
- Expertise in Material Selection, Preparing Mood boards, Developing Concepts for 3D Views, Preparing Schematic design, BOQ's for all works.
- Co-ordinate with MEP Consultants and basic knowledge of all aspects of services.
- Knowledge of Site Evaluation , Base Building Analysis skills, Basic Design, NBC codes awareness, supervision of DD & CD stage, Onsite presence during site execution on regular basis
