Sr.Interior Designer-Commercial Interiors

• Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative interior design concepts for commercial spaces, including offices, retail, and hospitality environments.

• Prepare mood boards, presentations, space planning layouts, and high-quality 2D/3D design visualizations.

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budget limitations, and brand identity.

• Develop detailed production drawings and construction documentation for execution by contractors and vendors, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to align with the design vision and project goals.

• Manage and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and maintain design integrity during execution.

• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.

• Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and best practices in commercial interior design.

• Submit a Project Lessons Learned report after project completion to document key insights and areas for improvement.

Daily Reporting Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit daily work reports .
• Ensure all working files, including drawings, updates, and relevant documents, are shared daily in the concerned groups for review, coordination, and record-keeping.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting to support effective project tracking and decision-making.

Qualification:B.Des

Experience: 5-8 Years in Commercial Interior Design Projects

Software Proficiency: SketchUp and D5 Render
