Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to execution.

• Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
• Understand client requirements and develop creative, functional design solutions.
• Prepare and review 2D layouts, furniture plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and detailed drawings.
• Create mood boards, material selections, colour schemes, and design presentations.
• Conduct client meetings and present design concepts and proposals.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, vendors, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved drawings.
• Resolve design and site-related issues during execution.
• Review and guide the work of junior and mid-level interior designers.
• Coordinate material, furniture, lighting, finishes, and other interior selections.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior design.
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop, Revit, or similar design software.
• Good knowledge of working drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong client communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with design and execution teams.
