Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage client relationships, teams and site execution. The candidate will play a key role in translating client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and buildable interior solutions while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects end-to-end
• Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections
• Prepare and review 2D drawings, detailed working drawings, and BOQs
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Manage timelines, costs, and project deliverables
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with the 3D visualization team
• Ensure compliance with design standards and project specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
• 3+ years of relevant interior design experience
• Expertise in residential and/or commercial interior projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
