Job Description >

· Lead the development of design concepts and presentations for high-end interior design projects.

· Manage full project lifecycles including programming, conceptual and schematic design, space planning, and design development.

· Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

· Prepare and oversee the creation of detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and FF&E selections.

· Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.

· Ensure all designs meet building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

· Attend site visits, coordinate with vendors, and oversee quality control during implementation.

· Contribute to business development by participating in client pitches and preparing project proposals when required.
