Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to final execution, for automotive, retail, residential, and commercial spaces. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves collaborating with architects, junior designers, project managers, and clients to define design direction and ensure alignment with project goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts and mood boards, preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The Senior Interior Designer will review and refine design documentation, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, participating in client presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and s
tandards.
Qualifications
Strong interior design expertise, including space planning, concept development, and material and finishes selection for automotive, retail, residential, and commercial projects.
Proficiency in design and softwares like Autocad, Sketchup, photoshop etc
Experience in project coordination and execution, including vendor and contractor management, site supervision, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly, gather feedback, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, including guiding junior designers and supporting a collaborative, inclusive studio environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of experience in a senior or lead interior design.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to balance creative vision with practical implementation and cost considerations.
