About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Senior Interior Designer who can independently lead high-end residential and/or commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of design and execution, manage clients and teams, ensure design excellence, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to execution, ensuring premium design quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings aligned with client briefs and brand standards.
• Prepare and validate BOQs, manage budgets, and ensure cost optimization without compromising design intent.
• Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth on-site execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, timelines, and adherence to approved designs.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, design reviews, and manage feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, finishes, and innovative design practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
• Proven ability to independently manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and accountability for outcomes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other 3D visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
