Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The person in this role will lead the design and execution of interior projects from concept to completion, including planning, 2D AutoCAD/ActCAD designing, 3D renders in Blender/3DSMax, detailed sheets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with proven experience delivering functional and aesthetically cohesive spaces.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and the ability to coordinate interior concepts with broader architectural design.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings, including detailed layouts, elevations, and technical specifications.
• Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination to meet design, budget, and durability requirements.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and presentation tools.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead interior design role and familiarity with commercial, residential, or corporate interior projects is preferred.
