Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept to execution, managing all details for residential and commercial sites.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations to potential clients, actively participating in business development and closing deals.
- Understand and translate client requirements into space plans, mood boards, and 3D visuals.
- Prepare compelling design and sales proposals tailored to each client.
- Handle on-site coordination and ensure project timelines and quality delivery.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in interior design and/or sales in the design industry.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong portfolio and comfort with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Infurnia, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a startup environment.
