Moola Global is hiring a commercially driven and design-oriented Senior Interior Designer for a premium interior design and modular solutions company in Bengaluru.

About the Opportunity

Our client specialises in premium residential and commercial interiors, modular kitchens, customised furniture and end-to-end interior execution. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-value projects and premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the interior design studio and customer experience centre.
• Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, budgets and timelines.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, material palettes, finishes and modular solutions.
• Prepare and present 2D/3D designs, specifications, material samples and quotations.
• Handle premium and HNI/UHNI clients with a consultative approach.
• Convert walk-ins and qualified enquiries into confirmed interior projects.
• Handle client follow-ups, negotiations, objections and deal closures.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, production, vendors and execution teams.
• Maintain enquiry pipelines, proposal updates and conversion reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of interior design experience with strong modular kitchen and furniture exposure.
• Proven experience handling premium interior projects and closing projects starting at 40 lakh.
• Strong client consultation, presentation, negotiation and sales conversion skills.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, costing and project feasibility.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; local language proficiency is an advantage.
• A portfolio of completed modular kitchen and premium interior projects is preferred.
