We are a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio working across residential, commercial, retail, and other design-led projects, with a strong emphasis on detailing, functionality, material understanding, and execution quality.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior CAD Draftsman / Draughtsman with exceptional technical drawing and detailing skills. The ideal candidate should be able to transform architectural and interior concepts into accurate, comprehensive working drawings while coordinating closely with designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for architectural and interior projects.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and services layouts.
- Create detailed joinery, furniture, kitchen, wardrobe, and custom interior drawings.
- Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp.
- Work with Revit/BIM for coordinated architectural and interior documentation.
- Use AI rendering and visualization tools to support design presentations.
- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings with vendors and execution teams.
- Conduct site measurements and accurately translate them into technical documentation.
- Assist with BOQ preparation, material selection, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Incorporate site changes and design revisions into working drawings.
- Maintain organized drawing sets, revisions, schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients when required for drawings, specifications, and execution-related discussions.
- Ensure drawings meet project timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detailing.
Skills & Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior drafting.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD – 2D & 3D.
- Strong working knowledge of SketchUp and Revit (BIM).
- Familiarity with AI rendering and visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent understanding of architectural and interior working drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material specifications, and shop drawings.
- Strong understanding of site execution, construction methods, and interior detailing.
- Experience with site measurements and documentation.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple drawing packages and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Profile
Experience working on high-end residential, commercial, and luxury interior projects will be preferred. We are looking for someone who combines extensive technical experience with a strong understanding of design intent and on-site execution.
